Lab Island Bench or Lab Island Table or Lab Center Table is a freestanding worktop where all sides can be accessible for working. Thick granite / Phenolic Resin composite /epoxy resin tabletop provides a unique appearance and resistance to heat and corrosive chemicals. A galvanized steel sheet adds strength and rigidity to the bench. Product size, material, cabinet design, color, and accessories can be customized according to customer requirement.   Specifications  Lab Table with Modules: Under bench modules will be made of 1 mm thick pre-coated Galvanized Iron sheet (TATA / JSW Steel – GI Sheet) and completely finished with Epoxy powder coating. These modules will be provided with bottom cupboard with Lockable doors and aluminium anodized flush handle. The under-bench modules will be arranged as per the diagram. The base of the modules will be provided skirting panels with adjustable feet (Tolerance from 5-20 mm to correct unevenness of flooring).   Table top: Made of finely polished epoxy resin coated 18 mm ± 2 mm thick black Colour Granite with rounded edges.   Colour options: Colour combination of IVORY or WHITE and drawer fronts contrasting BLUE / YELLOW / GREEN / RED / ORANGE for aesthetic appeal by powder coating technique. Lab Table without Modules:Structure made up of 50 x 25 mm or 40 x 40 square CRCA tube.   Table top: Made of finely polished epoxy resin coated 18 mm ± 2 mm thick black Colour Granite with rounded edges.   Colour options: Colour combination of IVORY or WHITE and drawer fronts contrasting BLUE / YELLOW / GREEN / RED / ORANGE for aesthetic appeal by powder coating technique. Water Tap/Faucet/ Nozzle: use steeliness 3-outlet white/gray water faucets, the water faucet is fine tip nozzle type, high head, single nozzle 360° rotation, is convenient for multipurpose use, user can dismantle it to clean the scale. with the slow pressure function; the surface has epoxy resin spray coating, ceramic valve core; the outlet is dismountable, with formation thread inside, which can be connected conveniently to special water pipe. Pegboard/Drip Rack/Drop Water Device: use anti-syphon type water container, having the function of blocking stink and water pipe blocking, and easy to dismantle and maintain.
